I've been in practice 26 years, the last 20 with my own firm.  It has been an honor to represent over 2,000 clients - both employees and employers - with matters ranging from sexual harassment or discrimination, wrongful termination, unpaid wages or overtime, non-compete agreements, severance agreements, theft of trade secrets, accommodating disabilities, medical leave issues under the Family and Medical Leave Act and much much more.  I take very seriously the trust that clients put in me to strongly represent their interests and make sure that each client gets the time and attention they need, along with cutting edge legal research tools, to make sure they get the best possible legal services.   I realize that most clients don't come to me because things are going well, and they are often scared and unsure of what their rights are, and what to do to protect those rights.  I endeavor to treat clients with compassion and give them all the information they need to know how to navigate their particular matter.   And representing both employees and employers gives me a unique perspective on what the "other side" will be thinking or doing in a given matter, rather than having a one sided view of a case.  I also enjoy training companies on how to prevent issues such as harassment and discrimination, and to create a more respectful workplace for all.
