Currently, she is the only female attorney in Cache Valley licensed to practice law in both Idaho and Utah. Further, she practices in both states on a substantially equal basis. If you are getting a divorce, seeking custody, or child support or you have been charged with a drug offense, don't choose a "general practice" attorney who does a little bit of everything because you need a lawyer that knows the laws AND how the judges think and rule on specific issues.. Diane will work after hours and on weekends when necessary to accommodate her client's needs.
