She served as Vice President and President of the Tax and Estate Planning Association, Director of the VITA Clinic, Treasurer of the Pro Bono Law Society, and Secretary of the Business Law Society.. While completing her undergraduate degree at Dixie State University (“DSU”) in St. George, Utah, she worked full-time as an estate planning paralegal, graduated magna cum laude with her degree, and served as Vice President of the Booth Honors Club. Before transferring to DSU with a full-tuition academic scholarship, she received an award for women in entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University and served on the student leadership counsel for the Marriot Undergraduate School of Business.. Lindsay has prioritized community service since high school, where she led school-wide service projects as President of the Service Club at Desert Hills High School..
