Evan graduated Cum Laude from California University, Sacramento with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and graduated from University of West Los Angeles School of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree.During the summer of 2012, Evan interned for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in the Hardcore Gang Division. During the summer of 2013, Evan interned for Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County. Evan has a significant amount of practical legal knowledge since he has worked for all three of these legal entities in both the civil and criminal fields.Evan is working alongside his father-in-law, George J. Savin, Jr., and his focus is primarily on Worker’s Compensation Law at Savin & Bursk. He additionally is advising clients on Uninsured Employers Benefits Trust Fund (UEBTF) Workers’ Compensation Cases with his primary focus on Applicants’ cases. Evan is actively practicing as well as he is intricately involved in the firm’s marketing and with the implementation of new office policies, procedures, and oversight and management of both offices.
