I have been on the list of trial skills instructors for ACCESO, an organization at California Western School of Law, OASIS/Justice in Mexico, Universidty of San Diego, CWAG (Conference of Western Attorney Generals), National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade and others. These organizations provide instruction to attorneys throughout Latin America on trial skills needed for the transition to oral trials pursuant to legal reforms set forth in the criminal codes in many Latin American countries..
