I have personally handled over 6,500 DUI cases in my career. I do my very best to minimize every aspect of your case. I have dismissed thousands of charges and reduced thousands of charges as well as punishments. Each case is different and must be handled accordingly. Just as important as the legal issus are the political issues. Since I have frequented these courts so many times, I have established solid working relationships with the Judges and prosecutors of these courts. I know what is important to them,  and I make sure my clients do everything they can to make their case better.. Having worked all my life from an early age, I know what it takes to get any job done. I started work as a paperboy for a few dollars a week. I progressed to shoveling snow off driveways for 4 hours for one dollar. I then moved on to work for farmers, bailing hay, shoveling cow menure, building fences, for $1 per hour. I supplemented my work by being a gopher for builders for 75 cents per hour. I next worked at a gas station for $2 dollars an hour through high school  between football, basketball and tennis seasons. I worked my way through college working as a bus boy, waiter and bartender. I then went to law school and worked my way thorugh school working for many different law firms providing me a great wealth of knowlege.. I have utilized all these experiences not only to develop well established and respected skills but also as a means to understand people and the stress and anxiety of their own lives as they struggle through their own problems.
