I founded my own practice in October 2010 after working as the General Counsel of a Los Angeles-based real estate development firm. I decided to take my big law firm experience, together with what I learned being in-house counsel for nearly 10 years at marquee companies, and start my own practice.  Four years later, I have a team of 3, and we represent clients in a variety of industries on business formation, contract drafting, business transactions and real estate deals.. I was motivated to start my own firm because I knew I could add value to small and mid-sized companies within the real estate space as well as outside of real estate.  I wanted to expand my client base and add a variety of transactions to keep it all interesting.  With the experience and training I've had, I take pride in the fact that I am able to do so at a rate that is affordable to my clients but without sacrificing the quality of service.. I enjoy working with clients in many different industries – from real estate, to restaurants, to entertainment – but the common thread between all of our clients is that they are small to mid-sized businesses that regularly enter into contracts and/or they are taking on a deal outside their normal day-to-day business operations.
