I help help people eliminate overwhelming debt so they can get the fresh start they deserve!. My mission is to provide quality affordable legal services in a professional and friendly manner. I provide personal attention to my clients in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and family law. After having worked for other law firms most of my legal career, I decided to establish my own corporation in May, 2009. My vision was to assist people in getting out from under the heavy burden of their financial and emotional difficulties and to provide them with a fresh start in life. My focus is on both consumer bankruptcy law (both Chapters 7 and 13) and family law.. I decided I wanted to open my own private practice so that I could be closer to the community that I wanted to serve. I decided I wanted direct interaction with my clients and to give them the individual attention they deserve. It is both more rewarding for my clients and personally satisfying for me.. Over the years I have made it a personal goal and habit to give back to the community. In law school, I started a mock trial program for a local public elementary school. Over the past 12 years I have volunteered for the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Domestic Violence Project, Immigration Legal Assistance Project, the Aids Legal Services Project and most recently their Debtor's Assistance Project. I have volunteered at the Children's Law Center at the Edward Edleman Children's Court and I currently serve on my church's Haiti Committee, which has been assisting the children of Haiti since 2004.
