He later attended California Western School of Law as a Justice Anthony Kennedy Scholar, the highest award granted by the law school, and received a full tuition scholarship with stipend. Thomas is currently undertaking the licensing exam under the California Board of Accountancy to obtain his designation as a Certified Public Accountant.
