Lead a team of 13 attorneys providing professional service helping people get Social Security disability benefits for every type of physical or mental impairment.. While there has been a lot of misinformation to the effect that these benefits are too easy to get, the opposite is true. One example - just agreed to represent a decent man who has struggled with Tourette's for years, super anxious, involuntarily swears early and often , can't be around people ,nonexistent stress tolerance, gets written up and loses jobs where he was sheltered by a friend. The level of disability is not a close call and yet I know and had to tell him it will take 24 months. And SSA has already denied him once. How does he survive ? Trust me, we are passionate because we see what the system does to people .
