Before becoming an Attorney, David Herring was a proud soldier, entrepreneur and Father. He graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2014. While at Marquette, he was a founding member and Vice-President of the Marquette University Law School Veteran’s Society. David enjoyed many hours of pro-bono involvement working with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and serving on the clinic’s Student Advisory Board. In addition to his pro-bono activities in law school, David obtained the experience of being a paid intern with the Waukesha District Attorney’s Office, under the Wisconsin Supreme Court Student Practice Rule.. After Law School, David spent two years at La Fleur Law Office, SC, as an Associate Attorney handling matters related to Criminal Defense, Family Law, Business Disputes, and Personal Injury.. Remaining true to his entrepreneurial spirit, David opened Herring Law Office, LLC in September 2016, and continues to focus on Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Business Disputes.
