He practiced law for three years in Texas before returning to Fayetteville, Arkansas to open a law practice.  Tim is licensed to practice by the Arkansas Supreme Court, the Texas Supreme Court, the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.  He is the past president of the Washington County Bar Association.. He handles a broad spectrum of legal cases and represents clients on all of their legal needs.  He is married and has three children..
