While I have a general law practice I specialize in providing affordable uncontested divorce assistance in the Northwest Arkansas Counties of Washington, Benton and Madison. I will prepare 100% of the necessary paperwork and personally appear with you in court to obtain your divorce. My flat fee of $490 applies to all uncontested divorce cases wherein you and your spouse have agreed to a division of property and debts. My fee will not increase just becasue you have children if you have agreed upon custody, visitation, and child support. I also represent clients with personal injuries and work related injuries.
