Dennis Milbrath Bio
After passing the Idaho State Bar exam in 1979, I practiced civil rights and health law in Idaho until I returned to Wisconsin in 1987.. While practicing in Idaho, I represented clients in all of Idaho's state trial & appellate courts; Idaho Federal District Court; U.S. Claims Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit.
