Since he started practicing law, Nick has represented his clients in trials for serious felony and misdemeanor charges, has prosecuted his clients civil claims in numerous arbitrations, and has written and argued cases on appeal in both civil and criminal cases.  Nick’s legal career began in New Orleans, where he was a law clerk for a Criminal District Court Judge and worked as a criminal defense attorney.  Most recently, Nick lived and worked in the Seattle area where he worked as a public defender and litigation attorney at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm.. While Nick is a newcomer to the Flathead Valley, he loves living here and enjoying all that the Valley has to offer. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, hiking, camping, and spending time with his family. We would be remiss if we didn't mention that he is an avid bowtie aficionado and has one of the best collections in the valley.. Nick is admitted to practice in Montana State and Federal Courts, Louisiana State and Federal Courts, and Washington State Courts.
