Andrew graduated from Loyola University New Orleans where he obtained a B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice. After two years of traveling through Latin America and Europe, he returned to New Orleans and received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law with a certificate in International Law. During his tenure in law school he participated extensively with Loyola’s International Law program, interacting with many of the top legal scholars and high-ranking judges throughout Europe.. Additionally, Andrew worked in the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic & Center for Social Justice as a pro bono student attorney in the area of Immigration Law. After graduating from Loyola he received a summer clerkship at DLA Piper in Moscow, Russia where he worked in the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Department. He then traveled to Guangzhou, Changsha, and Hong Kong working with various companies as a business consultant and advisor..
