David Kaylor was born and raised in Polk County, Florida. He graduated from Winter Haven High School, University of Florida and University of Miami School of Law. After law school he worked at the State Attorney's Office in Bartow where he prosecuted thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases. David has tried over 60 jury trials and is known as an experienced litigator in Polk County.
