This has allowed him to gain great experience in representing employees and employers in a broad array of employment law matters. These cases range from wage and hour (overtime and minimum wage), non-compete litigation, discrimination (race, age, gender, pregnancy, religion, etc.), wrongful termination, consultation and advice, contract drafting, and many others..
