Her background, experience, and work ethic led her to the honor of delivering the commencement address for her graduating class at Portland State University.. She brings this same commitment and dedication to the practice of law.. In addition to Kurdistan and Oregon, Shangar has lived in France, Hungary, and Cyprus. Shangar’s time away from the practice of law is dominated by her family and cooking tasty Middle Eastern cuisine.
