Attorney Rosas earned his Bachelor’s degree in 2003 from the University of Kentucky, where he graduated with honors. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree in 2006 from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he entered with a Provost’s Fellowship and graduated with a focus on real estate and intellectual property. After this, Attorney Rosas received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University, and later went on to graduate from the National Criminal Defense College in Macon, Georgia.
