I have practiced as a criminal defense attorney since 1982, successfully representing clients facing the entire range of criminal charges, from misdemeanors to the most serious felony prosecutions.. I graduated from one of the top 5 law schools in the country, and trained with the best criminal defense attorneys at the National Criminal Defense College.. I established my own criminal defense law practice in Oregon in 1997, and have worked continuously to defend clients in both State and Federal Court.  I currently represent clients facing a range of felony and misdemeanor charges, including major sex crimes, financial crimes, driving offenses, controlled substance  prosecutions, domestic violence matters, firearms matters, and Ballot Measure 11 charges..
