Mary has been a dedicated ally for her family law clients for the past decade because she enjoys helping people with issues that affect their daily lives.  She practices exclusively in the area of family law – having handled countless dissolutions, custody cases, restraining order challenges, and grandparent rights cases.. Mary is also a leader in the Portland family law community.  She is currently serving as the President of the Multnomah Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division.  She has previously served as an Oregon State Bar mentor, volunteered for the Imprint Program and worked as a judge for college mock trial competitions.  Mary also previously served as a member of the Multnomah Bar Foundation CourtCare Committee and the coordinator for the Multnomah County Family Law Group.. Mary graduated from University of Washington in 2004, earned her law degree from Willamette University College of Law and was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2007.  Mary began her career on the central Oregon Coast in Newport before relocating to Portland in 2011.  Mary has been mentored by very highly respected family law attorneys in Portland.. In her spare time, Mary is actively involved with the Junior League of Portland and enjoys spending time volunteering at local non-profit organizations.  She also enjoys reading, cooking, and cheering on her University of Washington Husky football team.  Mary is also mom to a young son, who keeps her very busy and grounded in the true purpose behind her work.
