Now running his own shop, Jose applies those insights to vindicate the rights of victims of harassment, discrimination and retaliation at work. Jose represents victims of discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability and other protected classifications. He litigates wage and hour claims, violations of protected leave laws, and breach of contract cases.
