More than 40 years of solid, aggressive, criminal defense. I don't practice in any other area of the law, exclusively criminal defense. I'm not a "smoke and mirrors" lawyer, I'll give it to you straight. Free initial consultation. Fees can be hourly charge / flat rate. I've represented accused people at the trial court and appeals in State and Federal Court in Washington and Oregon.
