Mr. Kemper has handled cases from Duluth to Worthington and from LaCrescent to Angle Inlet - literally across the entire state of Minnesota. Mr. Kemper is also admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar and has handled matters and claims throughout the state of Wisconsin as well.
