Attorney Chenelle is known as a fierce advocate and has represented thousands of individual consumer and business clients in both the State and Federal courts including the United States Bankruptcy Court.  He works closely with our clients in an empathic manner and draws from his decades of experience when advising and guiding clients through the legal process.. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, past Co-Chair of the Worcester Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Section for 7 years; a member of the Local Rules Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Massachusetts; the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA); the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) for which he lectures at ABI conferences; is the Chair and Member of the Client Security Board of the Supreme Judicial Court; and has been appointed by the Supreme Judicial Court as a Commissioner in Attorney Suspension cases.. In his earlier professional career, Attorney Chenelle spent 14 years in the manufacturing industry working as an engineer and manager for various defense contractors.  Thereafter he received his Juris Doctorate in 1995.
