Thank you for considering me to be your attorney.  Prior to becoming an attorney I worked as a claims adjuster and claim team manager.  I handled thousands of bodily injury claims during my 16 year career.  I understand how the claims process works and how insurance companies view claims and claim value.. I now represent people who want to get paid by insurance companies.  This is a refreshing change being on the other side.  I enjoy helping people resolve their personal injury claims so they can move forward with their lives and be able to use the proceeds from their settlement to improve their lives and the lives of their family.. I also represent people in claims for social security disability benefits.  I enjoy this work and help people who often have no where else to turn obtain benefits.  In regards to SSDI claims these are benefits for people who sometimes have worked for years paying into the social security system and now need that money to survive.. I also represent criminal defendants.  Like all of my work I take this area of my practice very seriously.  But, this is the area where people have the most to lose.  I advise my client's of their legal rights, legal strategies, as well as the social, economic, and moral consequences of the decisions made relating to their case.  I am a Christian and believe that all people can be redeemed if they want redemption and want to put the work in to get it.  I once heard a minister say "there is no such thing as cheap grace.". My primary objective for all my client's is to try to leave them in a better situation than when I first began my represenation of them.  I strive to help people move forward in a positive direction..
