He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Suffolk University in 2014, where he was a member of the Suffolk University Law Review, represented indigent criminal defendants as a Rule 3:03 student attorney for the Suffolk Defenders Clinic, and served as Magister/President of Phi Delta Phi (Legal Honor Society).. Attorney Rodden represents clients in Employment Law and Personal Injury. His Employment Law practice focuses on Discrimination, Wrongful Termination, Sexual Harassment, Medical Leave, Reasonable Accommodations, and Unpaid Wages. He was drawn to employment law because he spent several years in a local labor union prior to completing his undergraduate degree and has many family members who were active members of various labor organizations. This motivated Attorney Rodden to zealously advocate for employees’ rights in his practice, a goal he continually strives towards. The main focus of Attorney Rodden’s Employment Law practice is the representation of employees who were wrongfully terminated based on discrimination or various violations of Massachusetts and Federal statutes, such as the Massachusetts Paid Family & Medical Leave Act (PFMLA), the Federal Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 151B (Massachusetts’ Antidiscrimination Statute), the Massachusetts Wage Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and other anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation statutes. Attorney Rodden has represented hundreds of clients in workplace disputes, and he has consistently obtained favorable results for his clients.. Attorney Rodden’s Personal Injury Practice focuses on General Liability (Slip and Fall, Falling Objects, and Negligence), Traffic Accidents (Automobile, Bicycle, Truck, Pedestrian, and Motorcycle), Assault and Battery, Products Liability, and Chemical Exposures.
