After graduating from Harvard Law School, Christian developed extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation matters and appeals. He handles actions from initial complaint to final judgment, and represents clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Christian also has extensive appellate experience on the state and federal level including drafting motions, briefs, and conducting oral argument in the Massachusetts Appeals Court, Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and drafting petitions for writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court. Christian has had success in affirming and overturning rulings from lower courts. One of Christian’s appellate victories earned him a front page article in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
