In 1990, Attorney Foley became a lawyer when he graduated from New England School of Law in Boston.  Attorney Foley is an active member of the New England chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Foley is a dual citizen of Ireland and holds a European Community passport. He lived in London for four years, where he was the editor of a weekly newspaper for attorneys. While living in London, Attorney Foley met and represented numerous clients who wanted to live in or visit the United States.. When he returned to the United States, Attorney Foley founded his Boston law firm, Foley Law Offices.
