Staff were friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured and felt that they were working to get me the best outcome possible. Josie was very helpful during the entire process. She kept me up to date, helped me with paperwork, and even stayed late the night my payment came in so I wouldn't have to wait a week to get time off.
