Dennis was raised in Idaho Falls and is very pleased to have the opportunity to practice law in the community he loves. Dennis graduated from Idaho State University in 1995 with Bachelor degrees in Political Science and Spanish. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1999.. Dennis began his career at the Bannock County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Pocatello as a deputy prosecutor and was promoted to chief deputy prosecutor in 2003. In 2006, Dennis and his family moved to the Treasure Valley to pursue a civil litigation practice. In 2009, he had the opportunity to move home and begin his practice in Idaho Falls. Since returning to Idaho Falls Dennis has handled cases in Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and North Dakota at both the state court and federal court level. He has tried dozens of cases in front of local juries and argued in front of the Idaho Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Idaho Trial Lawyer Association.. Dennis speaks fluent Spanish.. He and his family love the outdoors and the many recreational opportunities available in Eastern Idaho.
