Before forming Charron & Flaws, LLC Ms. Charron was employed at McGlynn & McGlynn in Salem, MA working on a variety of family law, probate, and equity matters. During law school, Ms. Charron served as an intern to the Honorable Joyce London Alexander, Federal Magistrate, and also as a law clerk to a civil attorney in Boston.. Ms. Charron is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Essex Bar Association, the Salem Bar Association and the Middlesex Bar Association.
