Rachel E. Licausi is a member of the Litigation Department and practices Commercial Litigation and Family Law.. In her commercial litigation practice, she represents corporate entities, government entities, and individuals in a range of industries. She practices regularly in state and federal court and has been named a New Jersey Rising Star by the publishers of New Jersey Super Lawyers for the last four years. Additionally, Ms. Licausi has guided clients through the mediation and arbitration processes in lieu of litigation. Ms. Licausi has also been a pro bono civil rights advocate and recently obtained a favorable settlement for a pro bono client..
