After serving 12 yeas as a Navy Diver I studied law and devoted my practice to the areas of Elder Law, Veteran's Law, Wills & Trusts. I hold an advanced law degree in Tax Law as well as a Juris Doctorate in general law.. We help many clients each year receive the benefits they have earned through their military service, form the VA.. I am an attorney licensed in CA, Accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and I am admited to the US Court of Appeals for Veteran's Claimes.. Be aware of financial scams that involve selling annuities to veterans under the premise of qualifying for veterans benefits. Demand to work directly with an attorney accredited by the VA.
