He is licensed to practice law in California (Bar #242830), admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a licensed California real estate broker (DRE #02056127).. He earned his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder.. Outside of work, Marc is an avid traveler who has visited over 120 countries. He is also a published novelist, passionate cinephile, and devoted reader who enjoys discussing film and literature. When outdoors, he can often be found hiking or jogging in the hills.
