I am licensed in both California and Florida with several years of legal experience in contract negotiations, pre-suit disputes, trial, and appeals involving business transactions and commercial disputes, with an emphasis on intellectual property matters.. I attended Vanderbilt University and Stetson University College of Law for undergraduate and law school, respectively. Since beginning my legal practice, I have effectively tried cases in California and Florida for plaintiffs and defendants, both civilly and criminally. I have also successfully negotiated high value contracts for clients and settled countless cases for my clients’ benefit. I am dedicated to zealously representing individuals and entities regardless of which side of the courtroom or negotiating table they may find themselves..
