After law school, Cody worked as a Felony Prosecutor for over 10 years at the Douglas County Attorney's Office where he was a member of the Felony DUI unit focusing on Felony DUI's, DUI Serious Bodily Injuries, Misdemeanor Motor Vehicle Homicides, Manslaughter and Felony Motor Vehicle Homicides.
