Cardozo School of Law concentrating in Taxation law. In addition, Mr. Vijayan graduated with a Master’s of Law in Taxation from University of Baltimore School of Law. He is admitted to the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar as well as the Federal Courts of Maryland and District of Columbia; and the U.S. Tax Court.
