Additionally, Mr. Stegman served as a Rule 16 Attorney, on behalf of the State of Maryland and the Attorney General’s Office, wherein he successfully argued an appellate brief before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.. Upon graduating, and passing the Bar, Mr. Stegman worked as an associate at one of Maryland’s largest real-estate firms, where he learned the ins and outs of foreclosure prosecution and defense.. Mr. Stegman is a member of the Maryland Defense Attorney’s Association, the American Bar Association (ABA), the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ), the Baltimore City Bar Association, and the Baltimore County Bar Association. Additionally, he is a lifelong resident of the greater Baltimore community.
