Upon graduating cum laude from law school in 2001, Dana T. Rieder, Esquire  practiced law in a small firm environment. Her practice areas included, General Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Wrongful Termination, Workplace Discrimination, Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianships.. In 2014, she and her husband relocated their family of five to Austin, Texas, where she currently resides in the Lake Travis Area.. In 2017, she obtained her Texas Law License and opened a Solo Practice focusing on the areas of Estate and Business Planning and Estate Administration. Her small firm experience allows her to focus on her clients' needs on a very personal level.. She is licensed to practice in The State of Texas, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, The State of New Jersey, The United States of America Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and The United States of America District of New Jersey.. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Secondary Education English/Communications (January 1996), and taught High School English for a few years before attending law school.. She is currenty an active Board Member on the Lake Travis Education Foundation and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
