I am currently handling a widely-publicized whistleblower lawsuit against one of the largest governmental agencies in Texas and have handled other whistleblower lawsuits, one of which lead to the introduction of legislation to amend the Texas Whistleblower Act found in the Texas Government Code. I am currently active in a Qui Tam action involving the potentially fraudulent actions of a large player in the medical industry.
