I am Jason Johnson and I am a proud Texan and native Houstonian who is the owner of Jason Johnson Law Firm PLLC. I received my undergraduate degree in business administration at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2005 and my Law degree at Howard University. I was licensed to practice by the State Bar of Texas in 2008. Mr. Johnson is also licensed to practice in the Federal Courts located in the Southern District of Texas.. I focus my law practice in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury law. In my criminal practice I have handled Matters at every punishment range except Capitol cases (a Capitol case is where the defendant faces being put to death by the state if convicted). This means I am experienced in dealing with clients that could get a fine (small matter) or could spent the rest of their natural life incarcerated in prison (very big matter). I have had many cases dismissed for my clients.. In my personal injury practice I mainly focus on representing people that have been injured in 18 wheeler and motor vehicle accidents. Over the past several years I has obtained successful results for numerous clients by way of settlements with insurance companies or by filing suit against the parties responsible for the accident.
