Since 1993, served as Mediator in over 2,500 civil litigation disputes, including personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance, contract, construction and employment disputes. Also served as Attorney Chairman of the Medical Review Panel in over 600 medical malpractice claims. Holds AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer-reviewed rating for both legal ability and ethics.
