Michael also worked as a real estate and right of way agent and coordinated with escrow agents, real estate agents, developers and government agencies in the development and sale of raw and improved land.. In 2008 Michael began his personal injury and real estate law practice in Arizona. His business and real estate clients featured developers, real estate professionals, national right-of-way companies, national environmental companies, hotels, raceway partnerships and other large corporations.. In 2010, Michael continued his practice in the Bay Area, representing title insurance companies, escrow companies, institutional lenders, healthcare companies, and homeowners’ associations on an array of real estate matters. Michael brought his legal practice to Montana in 2014 and has continued to represent individuals and businesses in real estate and personal injury matters.. Michael lives in Bozeman, Montana with his wife Kathryn and their two beautiful children, Lily and Liam. When he isn’t spending time with his family or practicing law, Michael can be found fly fishing and playing hockey in the Bozeman Amateur Hockey Association.
