His practice areas include real estate, land use, trusts and estates, business, and construction law. Mark has represented several businesses on a wide array of legal issues, including formation and acquisition, exit strategy, dissolution, partnership disputes and buy-outs, commercial litigation, contract negotiation, and employment issues.. Mark received his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Utah State University, and his Juris Doctorate (with distinction) from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Mr. Buckwalter is a member of the Montana State Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, Idaho State Bar Association and Northwest Montana Bar Association. Mark also holds a Montana Real Estate Salesperson license, and has taught several continuing education courses to realtors on topics such as construction liens, landlord-tenant law, and entity formation..
