He operates a small and lean practice – with an emphasis on giving clients personal attention  – and that is what sets him apart.. Nik graduated from The University of Montana School of law in 1995. Since then, he has been involved in a wide range of practices –criminal defense, elder law, bankruptcy, contract disputes, family law, commercial litigation, and estate planning. His current practice focuses on bankruptcy, estate planning, and elder law.
