Stacy "Four" Eggers, IV joined the family law firm upon passing the North Carolina Bar in 2001.  Since that time, he has handled a wide variety of legal matters in the high country including a broad spectrum of business, real estate, and litigation matters.  In addition to these practice areas, he has been entrusted by the elected officals for the Town of Banner Elk, the Town of Beech Mountain, and the Village of Sugar Mountain to provide legal guidance to these municipalites.  He has also served as the County Attorney for Watauga County and the Watauga County Department of Social Services.. His other work within the legal community has included service as Chairman of the Local Advisory Board of Legal Aid of North Carolina, past president of the Watauga County Bar Association, and service on the North Carolina Bar Association Committee on the Administration of Justice.  He is also certified as a lecturer by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Training and Standards Division and has taught continuing education for law enforcement officers since 2004.. Four is a member of the Appalachian State University Board of Visitors, and has previously served on the Watauga County Board of Elections and the Appalachian Summer Festival Board.. He is married to his high school sweetheart and law partner, Kimberly Eggers, and they have three children.  Four is proud to call the High Country home, and is appreciative of the confidence generations of locals have placed in his family to attend to their legal needs.
