While Brian primarily practices in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, he also continues to represent clients injured in the work place under the North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Act. Brian especially enjoys helping clients navigate the waters of joint personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Brian has represented clients who have been hurt or killed by truckers, drunk drivers, reckless drivers and distracted drivers. All initial consultations with Brian are free, and he remains personally involved throughout his clients’ cases.Brian received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Political Science and Peace, War and Defense; and his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law where he served as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
