Daniel J. Dunn was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. He graduated from North Dakota State University with a political science degree in 1988. He graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law, with distinction, in 1991. Since that time, Dan’s practice has focused on plaintiff’s personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability lawsuits. Dan also handles business disputes for the plaintiff or defendant.. Dan is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Board of Trial Advocacy (approximately 25 certified in North Dakota). Dan is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in North Dakota and Minnesota. He is also licensed to practice in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.. Dan has been listed as a Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation and Benchmark Plaintiff in the areas of personal injury, products liability and commercial litigation.
